Meet Suzanne

I was born in Germany of military personal and moved around my entire childhood. When my father retired, I finally was given the chance to live in one place, and I am very happy that my parents chose Corpus Christi. I love living here and making Corpus Christi my home. I am the proud mother of four children and know from my own childhood experience the importance of a house that the family can turn into a home and make those wonderful memories that are such a rewarding part of our lives. I have been married for more years than I have not been married and still consider my spouse my closest friend. In my spare time, I enjoy working in the yard and on my fish ponds.

I was the 61st (and first woman) president of the Corpus Christi Jaycees in 1989 and am a Jaycee Senator and Ambassador and continue live by the Jaycee credo “service to humanity is the best work of life.” I am also a lifetime member of Texas Lions Camp and served on the board of Camp Fire USA for over five years. I am currently serving on both the Lost Pet Hotline and Dobie Haven Board of Directors and a member of the Coastal Bend Bays Foundation.

In my experience as a Corpus Christi real estate professional, I’ve also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to my client’s needs.

My “client first” philosophy requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I’ve found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I’ve always done, only much more quickly and efficiently. They’ve also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.

There are many qualities and skills that go into being an excellent real estate professional – integrity, in-depth community and market knowledge, marketing savvy, effective negotiation skills and a high-quality professional network, all of which are hallmarks of how I work.

I have been involved in property management for over twenty years and am now working in the residential property field. I have completed the Short Sales and Foreclosure course and hold the SFR Certification and also hold the Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR®) designation. I am currently working toward my Texas Affordable Housing Specialist (TAHS) certification and Senior Real Estate Specialist designation (SRES®). I enjoy learning and am continually striving to gain additional knowledge that will allow me to give my clients the very best representation possible.

When you decide that you’d like to buy or sell a home in Corpus Christi, Padre Island, Driscoll, Bishop, Robstown, Sinton, Odem, Taft,
or the surrounding areas, please contact me.

I pledge to “Taylor” my services to meet your real estate needs and provide the highest level of client services.
